Annual General Meeting

his afternoon we gathered at the Nambour Community Centre for our Annual General Meeting and took time to reflect on the year and all it has held. We celebrated what we’ve achieved together — from powerful community events to deepening relationships built on respect, learning, and action.

It was also a chance to look ahead. With renewed energy, we’re stepping into 2026 with a strong commitment to reconciliation, truth-telling, and meaningful allyship across the Sunshine Coast community.

Thank you to Peter Hogg, Community Development worker, Nambour Community Centre who was our guest speaker about the NCC’s RAP development process.

The raffle winner for the beautiful handmade quilt was Julia from Mt. Coolum.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, contributed, volunteered, listened, learned, and stood alongside First Nations peoples this year. Here’s to another year of walking the path together towards First Nations justice and sovereignty 🖤💛❤️💚🤍💙
